I have 12 years experience teaching cycling and am a certified cycling instructor. I play all kinds of music- Pop, Rock, R&B, and Hip-Hop.
I teach about form with out preaching and my class is always challenging, never intimidating. I’ll make sweating fun. 
All kinds of people love my class: new moms, novices, trainers, actors and professional athletes.Some people take my class to rehab their injuries from knee surgeries to back problems. Come and see for yourself: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:15am.
