Mark Morris has been teaching cycling since 2001. He was trained by Michael Koth who was one of the originators of cycling classes.Mark uses music from all genres to inspire his students – from classic rock to modern techno music. His classes are designed to challenge both beginning and advanced students. A perfect way to end the work day and still have time for cocktails, dinner… and/or whatever/whomever may bring you sweet..SWEET… dreams!
