With over 25 years of training experience combined with his accomplished and adventurous life experience, AFFA certified trainer Gary Allegretto not only trains, but also inspires and motivates his clients to reach their goals.

Gary’s remarkable resume reads like an adventure “bucket list”:
Los Angeles City Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Forest Ranger, Forest Firefighter on a special forces US Forest Service Hotshot crew, whitewater rafting guide, international spokesperson and fitness model including work as an original “Solo flex Man”. He has appeared in the pages of Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, GQ, and Vogue and on television commercials and instructional videos internationally. Recently Microsoft chose and scanned Gary’s body as the template for it’s “Master Chief” and entire “UNSC Spartan Army” for the blockbuster video game ‘Halo 4” it’s corresponding action figures debuting in 2012.

Gary’s training routines incorporate a mixture of time-tested techniques with modern methodology and positive mental imaging. He gives further purpose and passion to his own training by integrating his expertise in a myriad of outdoors sports including backcountry snowboarding, motorcycling, surfing, rock climbing, whitewater rafting and kayaking, and equestrian activities.

Gary was chosen as a finalist for “America’s Top Trainers”. He has trained Hollywood’s industry elite and celebrity clientele and has the highest recommendations from Holistic Fitness, a company whose exclusive clients require confidentiality, trust, and reliability (references available upon request).

A well-rounded individual, Allegretto is also an accomplished and critically acclaimed singer/songwriter and musician, recently receiving consideration for two Grammy Awards. A recent review in the pages of Blues Revue Magazine calls Gary “…one of the classiest acts in the music business today… intimately honest, and what’s best about his genuineness is its completely offhand quality.” Further, Gary is the founding director of “Harmonikids” (www.harmonikids.org) a nonprofit organization that gives music therapy to special needs children worldwide. His humanitarian work has earned him an Artist for a Better World Award, and a Keeping the Blues Alive Award.
