Brief Bio:

I started working out back in grade school to prepare for high school football freshman year and have never stopped since.  Along with playing football I ran track and did amateur boxing.  After high school I continued my fitness with bodybuilding and moved on to a couple years of modeling.  I started my training career when I was in college by helping my old high school football team get in shape for the following season, and loved it so much I have continued ever since helping people change there life’s through fitness.
