When prospective clients ask me to define my training philosophy, I tell them I apply a holistic mindset as a means of achieving their fitness goals. I do that by including a variety of training methods such as: bodybuilding training, circuit training, conditioning/cross training, core training, interval training, plyometric training and strength training. For each method of training I incorporate one or more of the following training tools: free weights, machines, kettlebells, rings, elastic bands, boxes, a variety of balls and the trainee’s own bodyweight. Certifications: ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer since 2003 and in addition, I have completed continuing education courses in nutrition and lower back disorders. Brief Bio: The greatest satisfaction I experience in training people, is sharing the knowledge that I have gained as a fitness trainer, and assisting clients in attaining their goals. Over the years I have trained individuals from all walks of life, each of them with different needs and objectives. Overall, people choose to workout with me for a variety of reasons.
