Studio C at TRAIN offers both classes and personal training based exclusively on Power Plate equipment, the premium vibration device powering a new dimension in wellness solutions for all ages, lifestyles and physical abilities. It uses the principles of Acceleration Training™ to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second. Results are prevalent amongst users that train on Power Plate for as little as 25-30 minutes per day, three days a week.
Power Basics – Intro/Beginner: Designed to introduce first time clients to the dynamic feel of Power Plate training. First time clients will learn the nuances of contact on the plate, range of motion and execution of movement. Beginners will learn key and fundamental basic movements.
Whole Body: Designed to strengthen and tone the muscles of the upper/lower body, while challenging the stability/strength & coordination of the core muscles. Strengthen & tone the anterior, posterior &lateral muscles of the core while challenging the stability & coordination of those same muscles. Challenge & increase aerobic capacity via dynamic interval training. Enhance recovery (relaxation) . Benefits include increased flexibility, increased circulation & lymphatic stimulation and improved training/daily activity performance.
