GROUP CYCLING
Train West Hollywood offers Group Cycling classes 7 days a week. This original indoor cycling workout is the ultimate, non-impact cardio class featuring high energy music, serious motivation and Johnny G’s Spinner and Star Trac bikes outfitted with Look and SPD pedals. We are proud of our booming sound system which you need to personally experience! Call the Front Desk for instructor styles and music formats. Cycling shoe rentals available. First class is free for local L.A. residents.

Classes with an outline are donation based. No set fees. Come and pay what you can that day and what you can afford. Suggested minimum donation fee is $10.00.
HYBRID CYCLE-This isn’t your normal spin class. This Hybrid Spin is meant to challenge your body by keeping you off the seat. Take the 60-70mins ride, feel the change in your mind and body.
Just Dude It! - rock and roll beats and great coaching from real fitness pros make “Just Dude It” a no-nonsense, adrenaline drive for the aspiring athlete. You don’t have to be strong on the bike to show up but you will be by the time you leave. The butch is back!

POWER PLATE
Studio C at TRAIN offers both classes and personal training based exclusively on Power Plate equipment, the premium vibration device powering a new dimension in wellness solutions for all ages, lifestyles and physical abilities. It uses the principles of Acceleration Training™ to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second. Results are prevalent amongst users that train on Power Plate for as little as 25-30 minutes per day, three days a week.
Power Basics – Intro/Beginner: Designed to introduce first time clients to the dynamic feel of Power Plate training. First time clients will learn the nuances of contact on the plate, range of motion and execution of movement. Beginners will learn key and fundamental basic movements.
Whole Body: Designed to strengthen and tone the muscles of the upper/lower body, while challenging the stability/strength & coordination of the core muscles. Strengthen & tone the anterior, posterior &lateral muscles of the core while challenging the stability & coordination of those same muscles. Challenge & increase aerobic capacity via dynamic interval training. Enhance recovery (relaxation) . Benefits include increased flexibility, increased circulation & lymphatic stimulation and improved training/daily activity performance.
